Ordering & Photos
How do I submit my photo?
You can submit your photo during the ordering process via the upload field and order notes on the product page. Make sure your file is high resolution for the best results!
What makes a good photo for a magnet?
The best photos are high resolution, well-lit, and have a clear subject. Avoid blurry, dark, or heavily filtered images. The sharper and clearer your photo, the better your magnet will look!
What if my photo quality is too low?
We'll do our best to correct and enhance your photo before printing. If the quality is too poor to produce a great result, we'll reach out to you directly to find a solution before proceeding.
Can I order multiple magnets with different photos?
Yes!
Can I add text or a date to my magnet?
Minimal text can be added to your magnet — such as a name, date, or short phrase. Please keep in mind that due to the size of the magnet, space is limited. Include your text request in the special instructions after uploading your photo.
Can I order in bulk?

What are the magnets made of?
Our magnets are made with quality materials designed to preserve your photo beautifully. Each pressed magnet consists of:
- Ultra Premium Photo Paper
- Mylar protective cover — a durable, glossy layer that protects the photo
- Metal shell — the photo is pressed around this sturdy base
- Plastic backing — provides structure and a clean finish
- Adhesive magnet — strong enough to hold on most metal surfaces including refrigerators
What sizes are available?
Currently offering 2"x2" pressed magnets.
Are the magnets waterproof or weather resistant?
Our magnets are not waterproof. We recommend keeping them away from prolonged moisture or wet surfaces to preserve the photo and materials.
Can I get a proof before my magnet is printed?
At this time, we are unable to provide proofs before printing. We encourage you to submit the highest quality photo possible and include any specific instructions in your order notes. If we have concerns about your photo, we'll contact you before proceeding.
What is the NFC Tag Add-on?
For an additional $1 per magnet, you can add an NFC (Near Field Communication) tag to your magnet. Each tag is pre-programmed with a link of your choosing. You can choose a link to your website, business scheduler, menu, online ordering, calendar events, or for an extra special addition, you can link a song or playlist from open.spotify.com. You provide the information. We program the tag and press it directly into the magnet.
When someone taps the magnet with an NFC-enabled smartphone, the information programmed in the tag automatically pops up on the device - no app required!
I want to add a calendar event NFC tag to my save-the-date items, but how does it work?
- Compatible with most modern smartphones
- Tap the magnet -> calendar event opens instantly
- User can save the event directly to their phone
- Great for reminders, RSBPs, and event promotion
Production & Shipping
How long does it take to make my order?
Please allow 2–4 business days for processing and production - longer during holiday season or if the amount of orders is larger than usual. You'll receive a notification once your order has shipped.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You'll receive tracking information once your order is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand shipping in the future — stay tuned!
Returns & Quality
What is your return policy?
Because our magnets are custom, personalized products, all sales are final and orders are non-refundable. However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If there is an issue with your order, we want the chance to make it right.
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us within 14 days of delivery with your concerns. We will work with you to correct any problems.
What if my magnet arrives damaged?
We're so sorry if that happens! Please contact us within 14 days of receipt with a photo of the damage and your order details, and we'll take care of it.
