Vellvette Moon Keepsakes is based in Oklahoma City, OK. A travel fee of $1 per mile applies beyond 50 miles from our base location. Your exact fee will be calculated and included in your final invoice.

Who will be the photo source for your magnets?

Note: This only refers to photos used for magnet production — you are absolutely welcome to have your own wedding photographer, videographer, or any other photographer at your event!

Vellvette Moon Keepsakes' photographer (standard — photos taken on-site by VMK) I'd like to discuss using my wedding photographer's photos for magnets

Third-party photographer exceptions are considered on a case-by-case basis and require prior written approval from Vellvette Moon Keepsakes. Please share details below and we'll follow up.

I understand a non-refundable $100 deposit is required to reserve my date, and that the remaining balance is due 30 days before the event. I understand the last 30 minutes of my keepsake station time are reserved for production only (no new photo sessions during this window). I have read and agree to the Vellvette Moon Keepsakes Keepsake Station Agreement terms. I consent to Vellvette Moon Keepsakes using event photos for portfolio and marketing purposes.
